1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the KidsBook app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

KidsBook is an educational learning app designed for children aged 3–8. The App provides:

• Alphabet (ABCD) and number learning
• Hindi language learning (Varnmala)
• Multiplication tables practice
• Stories and songs
• Interactive learning activities

3. User Responsibilities

When using our App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended educational purposes
• Not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or hack the App
• Not use the App to distribute harmful or inappropriate content
• Supervise children's use of the App as appropriate

4. Children's Use

We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's use of the App. Our App is designed with child safety in mind and complies with applicable regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the KidsBook App, including images, graphics, audio, software, and educational material, is the property of KidsBook and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's functionality
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Using automated systems to access the App

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including:

• Firebase (for analytics and database)
• Google AdMob (for advertising)

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidsBook and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
